Goulash soup is another dish which came to Slovakia from Hungarian cuisine. It became very popular in Slovakia, especially when you celebrate something with a groupof friends.

 

Ingredients
vegetable oil

400 g beef cubed

1 onion chopped

1 carrot chopped

2 garlic cloves

sweet paprika

marjoran, salt, pepper

450 g potatoes

2 tomatoes

 

How to make it?

1.Peel and slice onion, crush the garlic

2. Heat oil, add onion and carrot to pan

3. Add beef and cook untill meat is brown

4. Add paprika and garlic,

5. Add some water and cook untill the meat is soft

6. Add tomatoes

7. Add potatoes and cook until they are ready

 

Serve the soup with bread
